The 40 hour Power Executive Presence Course for Senior Executives provides 40 hours of course instruction. Coursework may be completed at your own pace, using videos, tools, and Thinkific's on demand mobile course delivery platform.

Course material is focused on the important 4 pillars of executive presence: first impressions, communications, gravitas, and appearance. Making positive first impressions, strong interpersonal communication skills, actions and behaviors in the workplace, and a professional appearance are all critical components for accessing and enhancing Executive Presence. Terri is a certified and licensed Executive Presence expert providing consulting and training in professional skills. Her focus areas include: communications (interpersonal and technical), gravitas, leadership, etiquette, and appearance.

Specializing in working with high-performing technical talent, Terri is an experienced human resource management practitioner and corporate protocol leader. For more than 20 years, she has worked in a variety of roles across three Cabinet-level organizations, which include the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Transportation.


Terri's work includes a variety of strategic initiatives, in particular, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs' Task Force for the Employment and Advancement of Women, the Secretary of Transportation's Future of Aviation Advisory Committee, and numerous professional development and employee engagement efforts.


An alumnus of Georgetown University, University of Maryland, the Army War College, Averett University, and National-Louis University. Terri is a graduate of a myriad of executive education programs, dual graduate degrees and has earned a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management), and a Master of Science in Management. Her undergraduate work includes the Bachelor of Business Administration, and an Associates in General Studies.
